Plastec products are made from a polypropylene thermal plastic which is the most resistant material against corrosive gases. Our blowers are ½ the weight and ½ the cost of alternative materials such as fiberglass and stainless steel. They can be mounted on the roof, sidewall or even on the top of the fume hood-see photo 3.
