PLASTEC CORROSION & CHEMICAL RESISTANT, EXPLOSION PROOF EXHAUST FANS BLOWERS

All polypropylene fan with no metal in the airstream and manufactured following ISO 9001-2008 standards. These chemical and corrosive resistant direct drive centrifugal Fans are available in 6 sizes from 5” up to 23.50” inlet and in Carbon Impregnated Polypropylene(CIP), for explosive atmospheres. Performance ranges from 0.25"-8" Static Pressure and from 30-8830 CFM.

The all-polypropylene construction ensure maximum protection since polypropylene has the best resistance against acids and corrosion.  Fans are 1/2 the weight and half the cost of substitute materials stainless steel.  Common applications include but are not limited to fume hoods, chemical storage, natatoriums, wastewater treatment, scrubbers, laboratories, and HVAC exhaust. Hindered-Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS) for increase UV resistance.
